Nguyên Liệu :
- 200gr thịt lợn xay (loại thịt nửa nạc, nửa mỡ)
- 30 lá lốt cỡ trung bình
- Muối, tiêu, mắm, dầu ăn, củ hành tím, bó hành lá, đường

How to make Grilled beef wrapped in guise leaves
- 300gr grounded beef
- 200g minced speck/pork ( 50%lean 50%fat)
- 30 guise leaves medium size

- Salt , pepper, fish sauce, cooking oil, shallot , spring onions , sugar
- bunch of skewers

minced garlic and shallot, 1 tbsp each
3 tbsp minced lemongrass
1 tbsp soy sauce/ fish sauce
Optional: 1 tsp five spice, 3 tbsp crushed roasted peanuts
1 bunch betel leaves ( 30-35 pcs)
Fresh Asian herbs ( mint, perilla, etc.), lettuce
Fluffy rice vermicelli ( bún or bánh hỏi)Dipping sauce: anchovy fish paste (mắm nem) or light dipping fish sauce (nuoc mắm)
Mix well minced beef and pork. Marinate the mixture of meat with pepper, salt, sugar, chopped garlic, shallots and lemongrass, 4 tbsp of fich sauce, 2 tbsp seasoning , Mixed it well and Set aside for 30 mins
Choose the medium size of leaves , do not torn and rinsed it gently and detach leaves from their stem, take a part of mixture of meats put on the back of leave and roll over til near the stem ..
Punch a tiny hole with toothpick in the middle of the roll. Then insert the stem into the whole tighten rolls meat. Continue the first application step to the next rolls until finish
Bamboo sticks are sharpened one head and insert a few beef rolls into the skewers and grill on charcoal or in the oven at 180°C/375°C for 15-20 mins. Remember to brush the rolls with cooking oil before and during the grilling to avoid them drying out., and flip over the skewers frequently through oven
